Pros
Casper has some great people in their organization - some of the smartest, most qualified, world class designers and developers...and then they fired all of them! Casper started with a clear perspective and commitment to high quality, functional, and innovative product -- but that is no longer the case as it's been a race to the bottom since going public.
Cons
Casper has shifted from a product and innovation focused company to a merchandising company. New leadership has no connection or understanding of what it takes to build good products -- they're chasing lowest cost with little regard to process, quality, sustainability or design. Wasteful spending and poor planning has led to 6+ rounds of layoffs in 4 years. It's been a rapid, sad decline of what started out as a unique, inspired, and mission driven brand.
