Run away as fast as you can - Anonymous employee Castle Hall Employee Review

I don’t know where to start. The highlights of my employment at Castle Hall were constant stress leading to anxiety attacks, complete absence of work/life balance and insane micromanagement. The environment is straight toxic, they hate new employees and will make them feel miserable until they gain some experience and confidence if they are unlucky to last there long enough. There is zero room for mistakes, no matter where you slip, you will get punished. Last but not least: the pay is low, and the pay raises have nothing to do with your title changes, they are ridiculous.
