Pros
Work from home, 4 weeks paid time off and a $100 gift card at Christmas.
Cons
Expect to work lots of UNPAID time, on average can fall anywhere from an extra 5-10 hours per week (I would encourage you to include that in your base pay calculations which is also below market average). There is a reason why many don't stay here past their first year. I came into this job with roughly 4 years industry experience and was still treated like a child and micromanaged to death. The CEO is a child and will yell during meetings and everybody will play the 'blame game.' It is absolutely the most toxic environment I've had the displeasure in working for. Nobody is your friend. People are constantly trying to throw each other under the bus and the communication between departments in abhorrent. No RSP plan, no bonuses, raises have nothing to do with titles/promotions, no formal training, etc.
