On the other hand, maybe too much management--its hard to know who to go to when you could potentially have 3 different managers. High churn rate of employees and many of the coworkers while nice are very stressed out. Seems like high level of dysfunction and lack of respect that goes on between some sales people and the people who support their accounts. There can be a lot of hoop jumping and lots of weird personality quirks of upper management that can be difficult to suss out...you might get multiple directives for your position which is incredibly confusing. They do tout the values and culture a lot but I did not ever get the sense of community others felt and it was a huge factor in my departure from the company.
