Pros
Direct supervisors are truly gems! Corporate doesn't seem to care as much about their employees. It's December 11th and still unsure if we are going to be getting a "bonus" (pay for time off for the holidays, that we don't get paid for)
Cons
Hourly pays is great but it's contract pay, if there is no school or school is closed you won't be paid Not much room for upward movement in company
