Small, family like environment. Everyone knows everyone's name. Noticably excellent team work on most all units.
Cons
Short staffed everywhere (nurses, physicians, PCAs, secretaries, housekeeping, pharmacists- you name it and they short staff it), on the lower spectrum of Long island hospital salaries.
