Cause Ineffective - Programs Director Cause Effective Employee Review

This is a great place to work. They have a great mission to help non profits raise more money and better manage themselves. The people are great too.

I can't really think of any downside to working here except for the sometimes very long hours.

Salary was good, but could have been better based on market standards and for how much I had to pay out of pocket for health insurance.

Health benefits were too expensive.
