Cons
An ED who refuses to receive feedback, blames everyone else for her own shortcomings, and when people leave and say it's because of her treatment of staff, she says no one supports Black women in leadership roles and they must be racist. A Board of Directors that when staff and clients complain about the actions and comments made by the ED dismiss them and say "it's only gossip." For an organization that provides coaching and consulting services to other nonprofits for fundraising and board governance, this organization isn't fundraising well and the board doesn't practice any of the protocols the organization says boards should do. It's a bunch of hypocrisy.
