Pros

You have the uncapped potential to determine your own income and schedules are flexible. You get to party with your manager. You get a line of service until you leave at a discounted price...you have to bring your own phone.

Cons

If you want a work-life balance you can't work a lot and you make little money. You have to work almost 7 days a week and 8 hours a day to really be successful in this company. And when you leave the company they tell you you will get half of your commission when you leave and 6 months later they tell you you will get half of your remaining commission but then they come up with all of the excuses on why they're not going to pay you out 6 months later...for example "Your charge backs were greater than your commission so we're not going to pay you anything." Oh and they shove older devices down customers throats instead of newer devices because the company is designed to pay out more commission for older phones.

Pros

Sales Reps have a lot of autonomy. The commission structure can be lucrative on busy months. The retail hours are flexible.

Cons

Lack of management structure. No training whatsoever. Shared commissions on walk-in customers. Only cold leads provided. No marketing material support. No advertising support. Company pretends to be indemnified in any adverse situation. Commission chargebacks without justification or recourse. Company promotes unethical sales behavior while hiding behind carefully crafted statements to assign blame to individual representatives.
