Pros

Great coworkers, less than a 40 hour work week, opportunity to make a lot of money,

Cons

unethical, unprofessional, drink the Kool-Aid cult type atmosphere, have to wait months to get commission checks for that month, deactivations that hurt your commissions, walk on egg shells with owners over the NC Market, if products are lost or stolen and not found the people on the shift are responsible for the cost of the item missing. no paid time off, no time for vacation unless you get your shifts covered, drawn on commission so if you don't sell anything you will not make any money. Scheduled conference calls, team meetings, war room sessions (a.k.a make sales calls for two hours at a store location of their choosing), new line training, all of which you do not get paid for... They also want you giving out your personal number to customers to call or text if they have questions, don't like that? sorry they put your personal number on all sales receipts for the customer any ways. required to always have your cell phone on you and answer it or you risk loosing your job. Since you are straight commission, when a customer comes in and has only questions or problems with their device or want to swap devices that they bring to you then you are essentially working for free because you are on a drawn on commission basis. If you do not hit your new line goals you can be at risk of loosing your job and the new line goal of what I believe was 18 is an absurd number to do every month. Also, if you don't get your paper work in on time or don't get an issue resolved in time with datascape ( cash payments for bill pay) you run the risk of getting locked out, which means you still have to work your assigned shift but can not make any money. I have seen and heard of multiple reps who will just forge a customers signature and add people to a customers account just to make a sale and that is a big no no as indirect agents. Finally, since it is drawn on commission you will only be getting 10.88 an hr for about 30 some hours a week until commission checks comes in months down the road. It is hard to live off 10.88 an hr for under 40 hours when you have to work your shift, set and run appointments with customers, drive to different stores and attend all the meetings and trainings that you do not get paid for.
