Here is what you need to know for the Houston market. 1)Training is very cut throat and most don't make it. ( I saw a guy get cut on the last day of training and he knew more than me._ 2) The average yearly income is only 40K with 20 percent making 60K. There are only two folks making paced to make six figures. 3) The insurance is absolutely horrible and will only cover you unless you are dang near dead. 4) Most folks dont stay longer than six months which is why they are always hiring. 5) You will starve for the first three months because of the commission structure. 6) Most reps make 2500 to 3000.
