      There is always room for improvement as the company is growing exponentially fast. We are always searching for how to make the 5th star. When we readh that star, the level of expectations are increased. We would love to expand our TV / Radio personality, as we are currently mostly branded by our products and services. This is not necessarily a con, but an opportunity for growth.

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Cons

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
