Pros

Very Flexible schedule, easy job, upper management is usually supportive

Cons

Told that I was going to make much more than I do, Lower and lower commission on products -no compensation for travel expense (some stores are 50 miles apart), charged full retail for missing phones and accessories in store's inventory, customer deactivation costs rep between 1.5x and 5x original commission (0-1500 per month), forced to sell outdated phones at higher prices in order to make any decent commission, told to "promote" in house insurance program while it is attached to monthly quotas and earns commission, 3 Hollidays a year

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
