Pros
You can learn a lot about sales while you're here. How to position a product to a diverse group of customers, how to build relationships, how to manage your time inside & outside of the work place to get the most. You do not have a manager in each store, there is no heavy pressure to hit the Next goal. It's up to you to find your motivation from within. Your schedule can be very lenient, and allow you to work as many days as you'd like, and also take the days off you'd like. You'll meet a lot of great people through this company, that will become good friends. Benefits, medical, dental, 401k are now options.
Cons
Along with the lenient schedule, comes the requirement to constantly be in different stores owned by your Regional Director. You'll have a set schedule for about 2 months, but one day you'll drive 30 miles one way, and the next you'll drive and hour and possibly more. Along with this freedom of schedule to take time off, the company does not offer vacation/holiday pay. If you are not good at adjusting with the swings of HOW your commissions are made (what products you sell), then you'll have an inconsistent pay check from month to month.
