      Uncapped commission and shared commission. Flexible schedule. Great team culture. This position is what YOU make it. Tons of training resources and material. B2B and small business sales experience Sales contests, Presidents Club, Team Outings. Small team feel but strong national presence. There are career opportunities all over the country.

      Cons

      This position is what you make it...If you want to be a 10k rep each month you have to put in the work. If you are looking for a place where you can just sit and collect a paycheck, this is not the place. There is a reason people leave and people stay making great money, Its ALL about attitude and effort!

      Pros

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Cons

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
