Pros

If you’re already a really good sales person and don’t mind working 60 hours a week you can make ok money. Because of how fast they weed people out ,they are always hiring .

Cons

You will drive all over your area without being compensated for your miles . You won’t receive your first commission for 3 months. They advertise an unrealistic pay range to keep people applying . They say it could be you … . If you want to keep your job you’ll have to be in the top 10% . Everyone else gets weeded out . We started with 24 new hires . I was the only one that made it past a year . I didn’t make even on the low end of what they projected. When they weed you out, they might deny your unemployment . When sales are low, they hire more people .

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
