Pros

There’s no cap on commission. What you put in is exactly what you will get.

Cons

On a draw check system plus your commission payout is provided 2 months after ( hoping you don’t get a ton of chargebacks) so it may be a while before you start to see your money come in. your schedule is based on performance, if you don’t have a heart to sell you can get easily discouraged.
