Pros
The employer has started investing time and money into an in-depth training program for staff, and emphasizing internal movement. Labor or driver staff will have tough schedules, but the managers are very upfront about that. Most management seems to really care. Great benefits, family oriented company. Lots of hardworking people. Company structure is well-organized so it’s easy to figure out who to go to with questions/problems.
Cons
It’s good and bad, depending on how you see it. Management has high expectations and will be pretty blunt if you make a mistake. Depending on how you take criticism, it could be rough or productive. If you make the same mistake more than once, you’ll get chastised a bit. Workload can definitely be too much for one person to handle, which leads to problems with output quality, and thus, chastisement for mistakes. PTO isn’t stellar, but it’s okay.
