Pros
if you want to become a trader then it is very good company for beginner to start trading. Seniors are supportive and motivate all the time. get to trade the global market.
Cons
as a trader, you yourself need to maintain stop-loss.(it is should not be counted in cons). at the beginning, you will always have job insecurity but once you become a successful trader, then there is no other job better than this.
