The mid-level managers and entry-level people were great.
Cons
Leadership leaves much to be desired. CICF touts itself as wanting to dismantle racism but is one of the biggest perpetuators I have ever seen. Allowing staff to make blatant racist remarks to staff of color, doing nothing with multiple HR complaints, and the current CEO saying she doesn't want to hear any more "whining" from people who were willing to speak up about how they were being mistreated in the workplace. Leadership told many entry and mid level staff they don't promote people within a year and don't expect that, while promoting a mid-level employee to the executive team within 7 months of her being there...and she's white. Optics are not great and huge pay inequities are running rampant. The work itself is heavy so save yourself the frustration and heartache from wanting to do good work but being bogged down by horrible office politics and lies.
