      Great product which could be very aligned to the strategies of many contact centres across the globe.

      Cons

      Management are clueless as to how to run an enterprise organisation. No progression opportunities, and no salary improvement conversations given despite loyalty.

      sometimes since HQ is in Isreal getting lots of emails in the middle of the night-they are always working.

      Centrical its an amazing company to work with. Great CEO, great people, and most importantly great culture. Amazing benefits too
