      Good Projects, work and learnings

      Cons

      Opportunities for learning, review task, promotions, and benefits are not given fairly. Only a selected people get access, while senior and deserving employees are ignored. Even underperformers receive review tasks, which creates bias and lowers team motivation.

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
