      Flexible hours, willing to pay for hard work, not stingy about spending money at all. Great benefits as well.

      Opportunity for learning within the organization

      Cons

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
