      Certara is lean and individuals really have an opportunity to make an impact in their roles & to the organization. Employees are positive and driven to do their best. Management is flexible with work/balance family needs and allows for autonomy.

      You need to be good at drawing your own boundaries relative to work since it's easy to take on more responsibility.

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
