      I joined 4/5 months ago, everyone has been welcoming, supportive and friendly. There is a family feel and culture here which I love. There is always a lot to learn and no day is the same. Everyone loves to collaborate and lean on each others expertise. My short journey so far has been nothing but brilliant and I truly look forward to what the future holds.

      Opportunity for learning within the organization

      Cons

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
