      Pros

      Supportive and positive environment making an absolute pleasure to work. Talented employees were always appreciated. Opportunity to work on various interesting clinical projects. Seniors are helpful and giving feedback on time, which helps to improve our skills. I'm happy with the progress which I made and would recommend Certara.

      Opportunity for learning within the organization

      Cons

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
