      Pros

      Many of the positions are remote or hybrid so it's very convenient

      Cons

      Due to the nature of emote work, you don't connect with your coworkers. They keep doing mergers and acquisitions but that means there are also hiring freezes and layoffs.

      Lots of work, promotion is by seniority, not by performance. No transparency in salary and bonus structure. Many good and competent employees have left.
