Good enough pay unless you are a CSR Great benefits

Cons

Unstable Lack of structure and organization They ask for ideas and opinions but don't really give any value to other opinions if it's not coming from management or executives They don't do write ups on employees that verbally insult/attack other employees Very slow to implement positive changes

Set your own schedule, very flexible, get paid on time every time, able to log in any time 24/7, very simple hiring process.

Cons

Minimum to non communication with management.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, choose your own hours to work

Cons

Pay is low for rare languages, considering that you get almost no calls for them. Not worth it if you are trying to make consistent income, but ok as part time/temp job
