• Stressful clients, demanding and often rude/entitled • Everyone has to be treated as a ‘client’ even if they are buyers who waste your selling time - then your asked why your not selling! • Your micromanaged constantly by ‘supervisors’ and constantly told what to do • Can’t switch off from technology and if you miss something because it was your day off your challenged • Harassed by management • Subtle and unsubtle bullying • Called out on sales performance in front of colleagues • An environment dominated by favouritism for any kind of professional progression
