CharacterStrong is a high-performance environment, which can be both a strength and a challenge. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and there is significant accountability. While many employees appreciate these standards, this type of environment may not be the right fit for everyone. Because collaboration is highly valued, there can also be a lot of meetings. While they are generally productive and purposeful, there are times when additional focus time would be beneficial. Aside from this, it's hard to find any additional cons.
