Pros

Met a lot a of people clients and coworkers. Good pto and paid holidays. Good hours. A good place to stay for 1-2 years to get experience but you should move on after that.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. I have been with the company over 5 years and there is ALWAYS a staffing problem. False promises. Very political. It’s not about how good you are it’s about who you know. They will pay new hires more than you. The pay is not competitive . The raises are a joke. No real bonus. The training is terrible. Their products and services aren’t competitive. Major systems issues DAILY. Some of the policies make it very hard to do your job. They expect way too much out of you to not pay you for it. They do not take care of their employees long term. They burn you out. And they offered no hazard pay during the pandemic and not one person got a raise for 2020 or 2021
