Pros
Not much. Chase has changed so much that there is nothing positive to say. It stinks and if you are considering working there, I'd run away.
Cons
Chase is horrible to work for. Work you like a slave, no regard for employees as humans, they are only a number, everything is about making the bank more money to please shareholders. Everything is one sided and they tell every employee they are replaceable. No raises or bonuses for employees but 75% raise for upper management=deplorable. Don't believe their bs.
