Pros
- Work life balance is great - no need to work crazy hours - Really transparent leadership team - monthly CEO updates of everything including how much money in the bank! - Cool flexible benefits to spend how I like (health insurance, gym, flowers etc whatever I choose) - Working on a really valuable product with awesome customers (Uber, Amazon, Hellofresh - Lot's of early employees are still here which is always a great sign - Totally flexible hybrid working style -International team
Cons
- It's a small team working with big customers so there is a lot of pressure - Leadership and Eng teams could do with a bit more diversity - With the distributed team, you don't get to see your teammates as often as I would like/
