Pros

I started my role at Cherith Simmons Learning and Development last December as a Client Services Manager and Marketing Co-ordinator. The office has a great working environment and hard work is rewarded. After completing my Advertising and Marketing Diploma (funded by Cherith Simmons L+D) they gave me the opportunity to complete the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. In September I was promoted to Marketing Executive and now have a lovely team. The organisation takes management very seriously so I have attended several workshops and there are dates booked in for me to attend several more so that my team have a highly capable manager. Team building activities are booked regularly (such as TopGolf and meals out) to ensure that everyone is happy and have great relationships with each other. Great opportunity to gain lots of experience in your own field and others Great team spirit Opportunities for CPD Opportunities for promotion

Cons

The starting salary was not fantastic however it is reviewed every 3 months based on you current performance.
