I started my role at Cherith Simmons Learning and Development last December as a Client Services Manager and Marketing Co-ordinator. The office has a great working environment and hard work is rewarded. After completing my Advertising and Marketing Diploma (funded by Cherith Simmons L+D) they gave me the opportunity to complete the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. In September I was promoted to Marketing Executive and now have a lovely team. The organisation takes management very seriously so I have attended several workshops and there are dates booked in for me to attend several more so that my team have a highly capable manager. Team building activities are booked regularly (such as TopGolf and meals out) to ensure that everyone is happy and have great relationships with each other.
