Pros

If you put in the effort, deliver on your work, and show a true desire to want to be apart of the company then you'll fit right in. The managers at Chetu lead you rather than manage you which is HUGE! No one likes to be micromanaged to the point of being unhappy at work. You don't feel stressed out as you strive to reach your goals, which is a big key to success here. Also what I've enjoyed about Chetu is that if you deliver on your promises, you're capable of creating your own solutions to problems that you find fit. As a software company we are always focused on continuously moving forward, especially with our technology. So if you've great ideas, management is all ears.

Cons

I have no complaints honestly. You are given plenty of opportunities to be successful here. There is huge internal growth in the company as well.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
