      Pros

      Free employee meal during shift 30 minute break Great people to work with Great customers to interact with All employees love what they do.

      Cons

      Once on the schedule, it doesn't become very flexible. The schedule is set pretty much the same every week, so it's hard to pick up more hours.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
