      You get free lunches and discounts

      Cons

      Can't take food home, they will not give hours to part time vs full time, they will shove you on the line without experience, and their call out policy is double edges. They don't want you to work sick but will axe you if you call out too much for sickness.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
