Pros

Honestly, the coworkers and the regular guests. Some of the most down to earth and easy going people you'll ever meet.

Cons

I don't know if this is specific to just the hotel I worked at with this company, but the owner absolutely has no clue as to what he's doing. He's a straight idiot, verbally abusive, and essentially no training. And what training there is, it's video trainjng that's all very vague information. From choice hotels themselves
