Pros
People here are genuinely passionate about Chorus’ mission. The work is meaningful and I appreciate being surrounded by others who truly care about the people and communities that will use these tools. On an individual level, the managers I’ve worked with have been supportive of my growth. I especially appreciate the autonomy and trust I’m given to take ownership of my own work and explore areas I’m interested in developing further. offers unlimited PTO, mental health days, and flexible/hybrid schedules
Cons
Like many startups, there are definitely growing pains, shifting priorities, and rapid changes as the company evolves. I think leadership is actively working towards changes. That said, in Chorus’ case, I feel optimistic about the direction the company is headed and confident that good things are ahead Interview process was long, but the conversations did feel meaningful and intentional
