Pros
As long as you are doing what you're supposed to, you're left alone.
Cons
I dont even know where to start. Everyone is selfish. 1.You got sales reps going out and selling accounts with way more product than is needed, just to make the most money they can, not caring that someone like myself will have to decrease all the inventories and destroy my numbers.2. Customers who are not told what they are signing and the length in which they are signing for, so when they wanna quit, its O, im sorry, you still have three years with us, arent you glad you signed a 60 month agreement for shop towels and a mop. 3. FOR THE LOVE OF PRICE INCREASES, our customers get hit 3-4 times a year, and its not just 50 cents, its 5-10% each time. 4. I am an honest person, who under no circumstance will charge for something you are not getting, but management says, no credits, no credits. They want you to spend your time outside of working running specials to all these accounts. It truly is hard to run an ethical route and keep your customers happy. We are supposed to gain rational and emotional trust with our customers, but I truly believe we are to do this, only so we can increase there prices as much as we can. I sometimes feel sick pulling into my accounts
