Pros
Good location, free soft drinks and treats in the canteen once a month, some people in there are lovely make working their easier. The Hybrid model is okay, 8 days in office a month but if you dont achieve that HR is alerted
Cons
Salary is poor compared to other FA companies in Cork and is not competitive when they will state it is. Training can seriously lack when starting out, depends purely on what team you get. There is a hint of favouritism in the office, some people getting promoted to manager level when they haven't a clue on how to manage people or training properly. Depends on team your workload will be a lot more than other teams, it really depends on what team you get your experience may be better then, there seems to be a high enough turnover in the office as of late
