      Only 2 days in the office

      Cons

      There is no bonus whatsoever only for manages. Also the fact They are basically moving operations to India so no room for progression. (Strangely the only ones the seems to progress are all women and they all go on maternity leave) also all managers are related or are in relationship with each other.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
