Citco strikes a nice balance of being a professional, financial services firm – with a relaxed and unstuffy vibe that works for staff. We appreciate your comments on that. Our global performance management process rates employee fairly and consistently and provides developmental feedback and coaching . We then identify our high performing employees and our pay for performance system is now designed to ensure they are rewarded for their extra effort and achievements.
