      No pros, unless you like free beer

      Cons

      Management does not have your back or have your best interest in mind. Toxic environment, very low morale. Everyone that works there is always miserable and under a lot of stress causing them to constantly be in a bad mood. Very little opportunities to move up, people have been in the same position for years with no progress.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
