Not good - Talent Acquisition Citco Employee Review

Thank you for your review. We are aware of the overtime in some groups, and have been working with our management team to ensure there is a healthy work/life balance. Citco implemented a global EAP to compliment local mental health and wellbeing resources being sent throughout the year. Additionally, over 1,400 recognition postcards have been sent in the past year, showcasing the appreciation expressed by peers and managers for the work being done by individuals each day.
