      Pros

      It used to be a heaven at work at the time of my joining but slowly the senior staff made it a most problematic place to work. It is a good place only for the ones who are VP and above level.

      Cons

      1. No job security - if your senior especially VP and above dont like you, you can be fired. 2. HR is hostile and supports only senior staff. 3. Desciplinary actions are very common in CITCO with no proper reasons. 4. Long working hours, no work life balance. 5. High level politics. 6. My list wont end.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
