Cons
Incompetent Managers Micromanaging and targeting those who raise their voice over concerns around work processes and wrongdoing in the business. No career growth. You would be lucky if you were not made redundant the next day. No job security, Managers have no real knowledge, and assign non-achievable targets to deliberately terminate you. You do not get recognised for your work. Few senior consultants credit hog your work and get praise for your work. There's no working culture, Toxic to the core. No perks in general.
