Not much to say really
Cons
During my three years at Cleanaway, I observed persistent cultural and structural issues that impacted morale and performance. Frequent restructures created ongoing instability, making it difficult to operate in a true business-as-usual environment or execute long-term strategy effectively. There was a strong perception that promotions and key appointments were influenced more by internal relationships than by demonstrated capability or merit. This undermined trust in leadership and reduced engagement across teams. At senior leadership level, accountability for toxic behaviours was inconsistent, which allowed unhealthy workplace dynamics to continue. While the organisation has capable operational teams and strong market presence, meaningful cultural reform and transparent, merit-based decision-making are needed to drive sustainable performance. If you care for your mental health avoid this place at all costs
