Cons
Fast deteriorating culture. Increasing levels of micromanagement. 5 days work from office because the CEO thinks taking WFH is an excuse for being lazy and moonlighting. Imagine a company that makes products to facilitate work from anywhere (Citrix) and forces its own employees to come to the office 5 days a week. No empathy towards employees and no consideration for their personal circumstances. Annual bonuses but you only get half, the other half gets repackaged as a "retention bonus" that you'll get at the end of the year as a reward for sticking with the org. Stack-based ranking that will pit you against your own co-workers to earn bonuses.
