Pros
- Great Learning Opportunities (Self Driven) on multiple technologies - Diversified Technical Expertise helps maintain customer satisfaction - Good Support from partners and providers, OEM's etc for the organization - Some of the colleagues are really helpful - Certifications/Training for different technologies provided and reimbursed - Good Leave/WFH Policies
Cons
- the management always seems to have a split-brain, as the owners seldom have an agreement on how the company needs to grow - some people in the higher management expect others to not hold grudges but would play political games just to get you out of the organization (and never even consider getting you back) - a lot of employees here do not understand the value of gratitude towards each other or someone who has taught them (tech or non-tech) - a lot of decisions are profit-centric only and do not consider an employee-centric approach (balance is required) - HR issues i.e. personal preferences, bias and the (HR's) helplessness to fix employee issues.
